Director

P Panth Monnappa

35 years in the industry. Social entrepreneur and an ardent blood donor. Most peaceful in the estates of Coorg.

Panth has led the sales team in Usha International Ltd during his long tenure. He leads Grid and has overall responsibility to call the shots, while also building the right strategy to fuel the figures. His network is rooted in government enterprises, institutions, industries, and banks.

Managing Director

Jaya P Shetty

25 years in the industry. Enthusiastic social scientist and a taskmaster. Passionate about dance and research.

Jaya takes the onus of guiding purposeful businesses, invigorating customers' intentions, and delivering perceptible values to her clients. She is also a National Executive Member of the Federation of Association of Small Industries in India. Her focus is to facilitate cloud adoption in small enterprises.

Arvind Sali

40 years in the industry. Silent performer. Staunch advocate for compliances.

Arvind is a consulting partner and has worked across a wide range of sectors including energy. He brings in a rich experience in electrical consulting, which he has learned in his previous roles at South Western Railway, AMR Constructions, and Manali Electricals, Mumbai.

Sainath has a track record of building close-knit teams and enjoys working with new clients who look forward to good outcomes. He thrives on his expertise in leading businesses in the communication and insurance sectors. He is passionate about the power of solar energy to drive green concepts into households and industries.
