Rapid global expansion has made Aurigene turn out several first-in-class and best-in-class compounds into pharma and biotech companies. Protecting their equipment and illuminating the lab space with recessed fixtures makes their laboratories a unique space to work. They needed consultancy expertise and good hands to work adeptly. We worked with Manipal Group of Companies on several projects for their power backup solutions. Manipal Technologies Ltd. (formerly Manipal Press Ltd.) is the leading company in the group catering to digital and commercial print space. Our engagement ranged from specifying the right UPS, selecting an appropriate product brand and capacity fitting the load for efficient clean power. We partnered with their multi-specialty teams to manage the complexity of their equipment, be it an international printing machine or their critical servers. We positioned paralleling UPS in cases of redundancy for double power protection. Through a consolidated maintenance contract, we crafted a delightful customer experience for the entire group, and even after a decade, they hardly encountered any breakdowns.
